Clean & Simple 112

Hi

I have made my first Christmas card! I have used the sketch on Clean & Simple Challenge blog which I discovered recently - Such simple designs, but so effective!

I have used the Christmas tree embossing folder which was free in this issue of Creativity - I used it on mirror card. The glitter paper is brilliant as it's like its laminated, so no loose glitter everywhere...Genius!

I'm quite impressed with this card and it was really quick to do, so I think this could be my Christmas card design for this year!

This photo was really hard to take as i kept seeing my reflection in the mirror card!

Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 123

Well, I haven't been on here for a while! Just haven't had many ideas, but this week the Penny Black Saturday Challenge caught my eye!

This week it was using a sketch which I love doing. I have used a lovely girlie Penny Black stamp and complimented it with lots of pink paper from the Papermania Henbury summer collection!

Allsorts Challenge Week 67

Hello

This week I have made a card for the Allsorts challenge blog. The theme is 'Park or Garden Inspiration'. As I had to make a male card I thought I would use this footballer stamp from Claire Curd's collection. You always see men/boys playing football in the park don't you?!

I have used the colours for 'Brighton & Hove Albion' kit as this who my friend supports!

I have made some grass effect from some green paper and just cut strands - quite effective I thought!

Friday Sketchers Sketch #114

I love lazy Sunday's! Nothing in particular to do! It's nice to have the time to potter around the house and to enjoy making cards!

Today I have made this card. I have used the sketch from Friday Sketchers blog and I have finally used this little cat from Lily of the Valley stamps which I bought ages ago!

Valentines challenge No 1

Hi

Today I have made a card for the challenge over on Valentines blog ran by Clair. The rules state to use 'Stampin up' products, so I have used the deer and rabbit stamps. The background that they are sitting on is a stamp from the resent Daisy & Dandelion set.

Some New Cards

Hi

I haven't made any cards for ages as have been on holiday's and hen weekend's! So here are 2 that I have made today.

I have discovered the Papermania 'Henbury Lane' Collection and just love the papers! Both of these designs are using them. I have also used a Quickutz Heart die which I love!
